At Gilbert's Drug Store we strive for top customer service. In January 2010 we were honored to receive the "Best Customer Service In Town" award, from the Oscoda AuSable Chamber of Commerce.

Because we are an independent family owned pharmacy it has been a challenge through the years competing with the huge chain-pharmacies that dominate the neighborhood pharmacy industry today. One way we have overcome this challenge is through providing quick and courteous customer service.
