From relationships our grandfather and father developed (and we later expanded) in the Detroit area, to people with seasonal homes “up north” that enjoyed working with us and had us take care of their primary house and car insurance downstate. We have always been a family business and have kept our friendly local small town approach without compromising the need for product knowledge and a professional staff.
